SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping rates for Australian customers:
- $7.95 flat rate Australia-wide (for orders under $30)
- FREE SHIPPING for orders over $30

Shipping rates for International customers:
Postage is calculated by weight. When you checkout please select your country from the drop-down menu. The shipping rate will then be displayed.

We aim to ship your order within 3 business days of receiving payment & you should expect to receive your items within 14 days.

We will notify you via email if your order has been delayed for any reason.

Australian orders are sent via Australia Post's Regular Parcel Service. International orders are sent via Australia Post's Air Mail Service.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard) through our secure online payment gateway
- PAYPAL
- Bank Deposit / EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
- Personal or Bank Cheque
- Money Order

We cannot accept Bank Deposit, Cheque or Money Order from International customers. PAYPAL ONLY.

We cannot send your order until we have received your payment. Payment is required within 14 days of placing an order. If we haven't received your payment by then we will cancel the order.

Using Paypal
We use Paypal to accept payments via credit card. It is secure, fast & free to use. To learn more about Paypal please visit the Paypal site - www.paypal.com.au

Using Bank Deposit / EFT (Not available for International customers)
At the end of the checkout process our bank details (Account Name, Number & BSB) will be provided to you. Your Order Confirmation email will also contain our bank details. If you are unable to locate them when making payment please contact us & we will email them to you.

Please use your ORDER NUMBER as the payment description when paying via EFT. You can find your order number on the 'Order Confirmation' email that is sent to you after you confirm your order through the checkout process.

If you are not comfortable purchasing online, you can opt to place your order with us by posting in an Order Form. You can download an Order Form (PDF 74Kb) or contact us and we will email or post one to you.
